Prices listed on each product page (tax included)
- Coins: Six packs, priced at $1 / $3 / $6 / $9 / $15 / $18 (¥100 / ¥500 / ¥1,000 / ¥1,500 / ¥2,500 / ¥3,000). Every pack includes a bonus equal to 10% of the purchase amount in coins.
- Digital Shikishi Templates: 500 to 3,000 coins (varies by template)
- AI Original: Free for up to 50 coins' worth per calendar month. Use beyond the free allowance consumes coins according to the AI model selected (the number of coins is shown on screen).
- Additional Postcard: ¥300 per card (tax included; postcard delivery is available in Japan only, and can be ordered only when the app's display language is set to Japanese)
- Express Delivery: ¥350 per card (tax included)
- Tracking Service: ¥210 per card (tax included)
Prices are shown in Japanese yen (¥). The actual amount charged is billed in your local currency at the price shown in the App Store / Google Play, or at checkout for card payments.

- Coin Purchases: In-app purchases via the App Store (Apple) / Google Play. Payment follows the payment method registered with each store.
- Digital Content (Shikishi, AI Originals): Paid with coins (the number of coins required is shown on screen and depends on the shikishi template and the AI model selected). If your coins fall short at checkout, we will prompt you to purchase the shortfall; the order is completed after you finish that purchase through the applicable store.
- Physical Products Such as Postcard Delivery: Credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club). Processed securely through a payment service provider.
- Payment Timing
- Payment is made at the time of each coin purchase, each shikishi purchase (paid with coins), and each postcard order. There are no monthly subscriptions or automatic renewals.
- Timing of Service Provision
- The Service is available immediately after payment is completed. Digital shikishi are stored for 90 days after purchase.
- Returns and Cancellations
- Due to the nature of digital content, returns and refunds are not accepted as a general rule. Exceptions will be made in cases such as system malfunctions, duplicate charges, or damage confirmed during delivery. Refunds for products purchased via in-app purchases (App Store / Google Play) are subject to the refund policy and application process of each respective store.
